Thunder FC and Chappy 04 will be in a decider battle this Sunday, May 8, 2022, in the final round of matches of the ELWA Sub-committee Liberia football Association National league.
The match is one of several matches to be played on the final day that will take place at the Samuel Kanyon Doe practice patch in Paynesville at 4:00 pm (16:00 GMT).
Thunder FC will need a win to be crowned champions while Chappy 04 will be hoping for a draw to claim the championship. According to statistics, the two clubs are tied on points but goals differ separating them.
Thunder FC defeated Chappy 04 1goal to win the last edition of the competition.
In other matches, Destiny FC will go against Paynesville Young Star at 12:00 pm (12:00 GMT) in the day’s first encounter while Roundus FC takes on Mamba FC in game two at 2:00 pm (14:00 GMT).
