The Liberia National Police has arrested an Executive Protection Service (EPS) officer Patrick Kollie for allegedly shooting and killing Velantine T. Johnson at the Police Academy Junction Sunday night. The shooting incident left one person dead with the corpse deposited at the JFK Hospital.
