Eight Liberian Paralympics Athletes have started training ahead of Paris 2024 Paralympics games on Randall Street Beach in Monrovia. The athletes include Thomas Mulbah, Patience Johnson, Regina Keh, and Moses Sackie. Others include Jeremiah Cooper, Ramphe Vogon , Morris Massalay, and Yassah Kollie. The Chief of Staff and Deputy Chief of Defense of Latvia Armed Forces, Brigadier General Imants Ziedins, has proposed the establishment of a tripartite military-to-military relationship among the Michigan National Guard, the Armed Forces of Liberia (AFL), and the Armed Forces of the Republic of Latvia. The Plenary of the Liberian Senate has concurred with the House of Representatives on the ratification of the third amendment to the Mineral Development Agreement between the Government of Liberia and Arcelor Mittal Liberia.
