The Liberia Governance Commission has Conducted “Decentralization Awareness” with several high Schools student in Montserrado County to explain the key provision of the Local Governance Act of 2018 (LGA-2018)and the National Policy on Decentralization and Local Governance NPDLG and call upon President Weah to pass into law (LGA-2018). Zeogar Wilson says the government of Liberia will ensure the Liberia Amputees National football team and the Deaf national football team get overwhelming support to properly conduct their activities. The Liberia Football Association (LFA) has charged Bea Mountain forward Mark Paye with violent conduct and “barred” him from all LFA activities for one year following the incident that marred the ORANGE 1st Division league match between LISCR and Bea Mountain on Sunday, 5 December at Tusa Field. Liberia FIFA Referee George S. Rogers, Jr. has been appointed by CAF as one of its General Coordinators (GC) and has subsequently been invited to Cairo, Egypt on Wednesday, December 15, 2021, to conclude the training for such appointment. The international FIFA referee has been participating in online training with CAF since March of this year in his supposed new role as GC. CAF has confirmed the assumption of LFA President Mustapha Raji to the position of president of West Africa Zone A taking over from former president Mamadou Antonio Souare until its next General Assembly. A 50 man from Africa New Stars Sports Academy comprised of players, technical staff, officials, and medical team have arrived in Freetown, Sierra Leone to participate in the maiden edition of the Western Area Football Association international Youth Championship.
