A campus-based political party at the University of Liberia, the Progressive Students Alliance, has shapely reacted to the ongoing investigation of the late Princess Cooper who mysteriously died at the ELWA Junction in Paynesville.
The Progressive Students Alliance expressed regret and described the death of Princess Cooper as unaccepted while calling for a thorough, transparent, and satisfactory investigation by the Liberian Government.
The UL’s campus-based political student group is at the same time urging the Liberian Government not to compromise in the ongoing investigation situations leading to the death of the late Princess Cooper.
Princess was discovered dead in the compound of the FAWAZ Building Material Store at ELWA Junction just a couple of hours after she had left the Capitol By-Pass where she was reportedly carrying out some catering services.

Meanwhile, the UL’s campus-based political party has threatened unspecified action against the Liberian Senate if the House does not concur with the House of Representatives in ensuring that a bill seeking free tuition for all higher public institutions of learning in Liberia is passed.
The “National Equity Act” which has been passed by the House Representatives was introduced by CDC lawmaker Thomas Fallah of District five, Montserrado County.
The bill which is yet to be passed into law also seeks the payment of WASSCE fees for all 9th and 12th graders attending both private and public schools across the country.
Recently, the Progressive Students Alliance petitioned the Liberian Senate through its President and Liberian Vice President Jewel Howard-Taylor informing the Upper House to look into the bill and take the necessary action.
