The office of Montserrado County Electoral District #2 Representative Jimmy Smith is calling on the owner of Strong FM and Mascoh Clinic Musa Sheriff, to show proof while he should not be held liable for his involvement in the alleged duplications and distribution of the National Identification cards to aliens.
Sherriff, a representative aspirant in electoral district #2, is currently facing a Police investigation after several duplicated identification cards were discovered at his Macoh clinic in the district.
The acting chief of staff in the office of Representative Jimmy Smith, Jose Tanue noted that such activity is a capital offense against the people of Liberia. Tanue mentioned that Mr. Sherrif’s action has the proclivity to undermine the citizenship and by extension the electoral processes of the country if he is not investigated and adjudged.
However, Tanue clarified that Representative Jimmy Smith has consistently engaged several top government officials over the need to intervene with the completion of the unfinished Jacob Town Public School. His comment is in direct response to Musa Sherriff’s comments that the lawmaker is not doing anything to address the condition of the Jacob Town Public School which is lying in ruin.
