US and Israel’s war with Iran

Iran – Days after Israel and the US began their joint attack on Iran, which sparked retaliatory strikes on Israel and neighboring Gulf states and put the region in a state of terror and uncertainty, the most recent Middle East crisis is still getting worse.

Following the targeting of approximately 2,000 facilities, US and Israeli authorities have publicly said that Iran’s military has been weakened and is on the defensive. But Iranian drones and missiles continue to target American facilities around the area.

As of March 4, 2026, the fifth day of the US-Israeli conflict with Iran is marked by increased airstrikes on Tehran and Iranian nuclear facilities, while Iranian missiles and drones are retaliating throughout the Middle East.

According to US President Donald Trump, Iran’s air force and navy have been “knocked out,” with continuous, round-the-clock attacks targeting ships, submarines, and leadership sites. Israel attacked cleric gatherings in Qom, missile sites in Tehran and Isfahan, and the nuclear complex in Natanz; about 800 people were killed in Iran and over 11 in Israel.

During IRGC’s Operation True Promise 4, more than 230 drones and 500 ballistic missiles were launched, hitting US bases in Erbil, Kuwait, and Bahrain, as well as Saudi Arabian embassies, Qatar/Saudi Arabian oil sites, and Israel. There have been explosions in Tehran, Lebanon, and the Gulf states, but no significant radiation leakage have been verified.

The US-Senate will vote on President Donald Trump’s war powers on Wednesday, and US lawmakers are still at odds to report.
