Monrovia, Liberia – Amid allegations of bribery in the Koffa removal case, Representatives Luther Collins and James Kolleh have been called in for interrogation by the Liberia Anti-Corruption Commission (LACC). Rep. Collins alleged that his colleagues who are in favor of Speaker Koffa’s dismissal were being paid to do so.

In a startling video, RepresentativeΒ Collins showed off a sizable sum of money and stated that he did not support the resolution but rather intended to reveal the purported bribery plan.

He further claimed that RepresentativeΒ Kolleh had taken USD$200 out of the USD$15,000 he had initially gotten as part of the deal.

LACC authorities responded to these accusations by delivering letters of invitation for an inquiry that has subsequently begun to both Representatives’ offices on Monday morning, October 28, 2024.
