LNP Arrest One Person in Connection with Amanda Nebo

Monrovia, Liberia – One individual has been detained by the Liberia National Police in relation to the suspected horrific murder of Amanda Nebo, a Monrovia City Police officer. Speaking at a press conference on Tuesday, April 16, 2024, Police Inspector General Col. Gregory Coleman stated that the suspect known as Chicken Wing has acknowledged his role in Miss Nebo’s murder.

It is recorded that Madam Nebo was attacked on Saturday night, April 13, 2024, Madam Nebo was attacked by an unidentified person as she attempted to remove her purse. Col. Coleman claims that the suspect has disclosed the identities of his accomplices who helped kill Amanda Nebo.

The public and the relatives of the deceased were reassured by the police chief that every effort will be made to ensure that the other suspects are apprehended. Col. Coleman did reveal, though, that the police are anticipated to implement a curfew for motorcycle riders on the Japan Freeway.
