President Weah congratulates Poland on National Day observance

Monrovia, Release- On the occasion of Poland’s National Day, President George Manneh Weah sent Mr. Andrzej Dudo a message of congratulations. President Weah sent his warmest congratulations on behalf of the Republic of Liberia’s leadership and populace as well as in his own name, according to a statement from the Foreign Ministry. President Weah emphasized that he is looking forward to working closely with the Polish government to help end their dispute via diplomacy as the Polish people commemorate this historic occasion amid global concerns brought on by the crisis in Ukraine.

He complimented the Polish government for providing the Ukrainian people with humanitarian aid and for continuing to support their government as their main export hub to the rest of the world. The leader of Liberia expressed the hope that the two governments and peoples’ long-standing bilateral cooperation would continue to strengthen for the sake of their shared interests.

The bilateral cooperation would also be improved, according to President Weah, in the areas of trade, agriculture, and capacity building.
