Supreme Court orders reruns in two polling places in Pleebo

Capitol Hill, Monrovia – The Supreme Court overturned the NEC Board of Commissioners’ decision in the Maryland County case of Bhofal Chambers and Anthony Williams. As a result, the High Court mandated that two voting locations in District Number Two, Pleebo Sodoken, have their votes rerun under rigorous security.

Reiterating its hearing officer’s decision to reject House Speaker Bhofal Chambers’ appeal, the court mandated a rerun of two voting locations in District #2 of Maryland County with armed security personnel present.

The Supreme Court stated in its decision that a rerun or recount is required when election violence is demonstrated, as it was in District Number 2 Maryland County.
