Ukraine restricts power use after attacks

Aljazeera has reported that following recent strikes on power plants, Ukraine puts restrictions on energy use for the first time since the start of Russia’s invasion. As combat worsens, Kherson’s newly established Russian authorities intend to evacuate up to 60,000 people over the course of the next six days.

Berlin cautions Moscow against using “scorched earth” strategies in Ukraine to end the conflict. At a summit intended to address Europe’s energy issue, Zelenskyy of Ukraine is anticipated to request continuing support from the EU as winter approaches.
