Aggrieved staffers of the Liberian Senate have given the Senate a 24-hour ultimatum to settle their ten months salaries arrears in the tone of over US$34,430 or risk unspecified actions. It is established that the LWSC 100 day revenue collection Action plan is intended to empower the Corporation for the purpose of increased revenue generation. Several marketers around the Randall Street Happy Corner area have complained of the presence of a huge stockpile of garbage which they say have spent months without cleaning. God’s Anointed Kickball Club has threatened to place an injunction on the pending National County Sports Meet if the Liberia Kickball Federation (LKF) failed to lift what it calls illegal suspension on its players.
