HARPER CITY, MARYLAND COUNTY – The people of Harper despite the late arrival of the president into the city were still in their thousands awaiting him. According to Joseph Johnson, they gathered early Tuesday, October 3, 2023, at the Mary Go Round Square in front of the Methodist church in Harper to hear from their president.
According to them, the people of Harper city has resolved to vote the Weah team one round victory for the tremendous work over the past five years. They noted that they had been fooled by the past administration.
The women, children, young, old, men and women, religious leaders all pledged their support to president Weah re-election 2023.
President Weah listening to his people patiently almost midnight, the people of Harper acknowledged the works of the president for the past 6 years under his administration.
According to them, in the president developmental DNA they have seen, lights improvement, health improvement, free education, the promotion of youth amongst others.
President Weah in his acceptance speech, thanked the people of Harper city for waiting for the team into the city. He said such attitude shows love for oneself and the country.
According to him, his government has achieved more in the fist six years then any other government in Liberia. He promised to complete the southeastern road in his second term.
