WEAHCIANS 4 LIFE a newly form civil society organization in Liberia had begun series of philanthropic activities across Liberia. The activities are aimed at boosting government and partners efforts to minimize if not eliminate existing health and other humanitarian crises in the country.
on Sunday, January 30,2022, the organization commenced it first several community outreach with health screening and free medical drugs supply to over six hundred (600) residents in the township of Clara Town. The screening was more focus on women, children and the old folks in the densely populated slum community. Residents turned up in their numbers at the Marvii Sonii High School for the screening and medical supply.
Speaking to Reports231 at the screening center, the organizer of the group Al-Jerome Anastas Chede a veteran Journalist said, the kind gesture is the organization way of supporting government effort with citizens health care issue. According to him, the government and partners cannot do it all alone, but able Liberians and corporate institution can also contribute to the health sector for better living. Meanwhile the township leadership and elders thanked the group for their support to them, especially that the health care sector has become too expensive to contain.
WEAHCIANS 4 LIFE is a patriotic group of both Liberians and Liberians who are supporters, old friends, former school and sports mates of President Weah. It also comprises cidecians and non-cidecians who believe in President Weah 12 years presidency.
