We are fully prepared for LFA league NPA Anchors II President

NPA Anchors II has written history by being the first Southeastern soccer club to qualified to the 2nd division of the National Football League.

Their qualification was confirmed during the just ended Liberia Football Association 2022 National 3rd division play-off held in Grand Bassa County.

Five out of 32 best 3rd division clubs across the country qualified to the 2nd division after the play offs with NPA Anchors II being one of the five clubs.

There has been series of speculations in the public and among football lovers that the team is anticipating to sale her space to one of the Montserrado County based clubs due to roads connectivity couple with hosts of other challenges.

NPA Anchors team in jubilation

However, the President of NPA Anchors two, Emmet Blayee has clarified that his club will fully participate in the upcoming league season.

According to him, they have better facilities which qualified them to host home matches in Greenville Sinoe County.

Mr. Blayee made the clarifications from Greenville Sinoe County in a telephone conversation with Reports231on Tuesday, June 14, 2022.

“Our stadium has better bathrooms, playing facilities, sitting capacity and other benefits. On this note, we are well prepared and I repeat. We will host all our home matches here in Greenville, Sinoe County, NPA Anchors II President Emmet Blayee added”.

” As we speak, the people of Sinoe have started preparing to see the club making full representation in the national league”.

There has been huge jubilation in Greenville and other parts of the county following the confirmation of the team’s qualifications to the second league. Knowing fully well that NPA Anchors II is the first club from Southeastern part of Liberia to qualify for 2nd division, the believe that stakeholders in every part of the region will place their support behind the team is, Mr. Blayee added.

“I must be thankful to the Chief Patron of Sports, President George Weah for his support to our team despite our distance from the City which increased our confidence about the participation in the 2022/2023 league, he narrated”.
