The Principal of the John Payne Mitchell Public School in Marshall Margibi County has called on Bridge-Liberia to work with locals of the communities in order to sustain the partnership with the school.
The government of Liberia has reportedly added two hundred new schools to the Bridge Partnership Schools with the Payne Mitchell Public School being one of those schools.
Speaking at the Grand Opening and Back to the Class celebration of the school, Principal Madame Elfreda Tyee said, working with local schools in communities particularly Margibi County will impact and enhance the smooth running of school administrators in the county.
According to Madam Tyee, Bridge-Liberia partnering with schools across Margibi over the years has provided a clear understanding for principals and administrators on the importance and management of their entity.
Meanwhile, the President of the Federation of Liberian Youths (FLY) Amos Williams has warned against depoliticizing the education of Liberian children.
The FLY President said there are lots of benefits for Liberian children into the Bridge-Liberia agreement as such government and citizens must refrain from mixing politics with the children education.
