NAIROBI, Kenya – Minister Mercy Hinneh, a U.S.-based faith leader and humanitarian, is spearheading a major international outreach initiative as the God’s Blueprint Foundation intensifies its humanitarian operations across East Africa, with plans to extend its work to West Africa, including Liberia.
For many years, Minister Mercy Hinnheh, an ordained woman of God and a Liberian-American, has worked in the Lord’s vineyard, a background that continues to influence her faith-driven humanitarian mission. The organization was founded in 2025 in collaboration with God’s Blueprint Ministry in the United States. It is a non-profit organization that focuses on helping orphans and vulnerable communities across the globe.
The organization has grown quickly since its founding, presenting itself as a faith-based charity dedicated to enhancing lives by practical aid and spiritual outreach. During the outreach in Nairobi, Ministeer Hinne emphasised that the foundation’s objective originated from what she called a divine calling.

“When I first started the ministry, everything was going well, but I kept getting visions from the Lord telling me to do more,” she said. “I choose to obey because I am an anointed woman of God. In order to help more people in need, my partners and I established this foundation as a result..”
Under her leadership, the group has conducted visits to over ten African nations, mostly in East Africa, providing relief and interacting with communities through evangelistic and humanitarian endeavors. The group is currently preparing to visit three more nations before turning its attention to West Africa. One of the nations anticipated to gain from the next stage of the foundation’s expansion is Libya.
In Kenya, Minister Hinneh and her colleagues have been actively involved in schools, rehabilitation facilities, and orphanages. The delegation supported and encouraged a number of institutions during their recent visits to Nairob–i and surrounding areas, including Dr. Eam Home Children’s Home, Good Samaritan Home and Rehabilitation Center, Smile Community Center Children’s Home, Sha nzu Good Hope Children’s Center, Calvary Zion Children’s Home, Project of Hope Orphanage School, and Gachie High School.

At Gachie High School, Minister Hinneh delivered motivational remarks to students, urging them to remain focused and hopeful despite life’s challenges. The foundation’s work goes beyond material support. According to Hinneh, the organization is equally committed to spiritual development, with outreach efforts spanning prisons, hospitals, nightclubs, and underserved communities in the United States and abroad.
“We are a global organization because every child matters,” she said. “Our mission is to provide food, clean water, shelter, healthcare, and education to orphans through donations and sponsorships.”

The initiative is reportedly supported by a combination of U.S. government backing and private donations. However, Hinneh noted that the growing scale of operations requires additional support from individuals and partners worldwide. Describing herself as “a mother to the motherless,” Minister Hinneh made a passionate appeal for increased sponsorship and collaboration to help build a stronger foundation for vulnerable children.
As the God’s Blueprint Foundation prepares for its West African expansion, expectations are rising for its planned visit to Liberia, where many hope the initiative will bring both relief and renewed attention to the needs of disadvantaged children.
